Tonight at 8pm in Carlisle our Hockey Fights Cancer campaign continues with the Peewee team hosting the Tri-City Titans and the Bantam team hosting the Peel Predators. We use these nights to raise money for the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton. We will have baked goods for sale and a 50-50 draw with the proceeds donated to Juravinski. On night 1 we raised over $600 and hope to continue the great charity tonight.

As always we will have bins set up at the front door collecting canned goods and other non-perishable goods for the Flamborough Food Bank. Thank you all for your continued support!

If you are coming out to the rink tonight please help us support these 2 great causes!

Hockey Night in Carlisle continued this past Saturday Night with our first of 2 nights dedicated to the Hockey Fights Cancer initiative. It was a night filled with great performances on the ice by the players and in the rink from the parents. The Tri-City Titans and the Royal City Kings were in town and helped us to over fill our donation bucket for the Flamborough Food Bank. Our HNIC sponsor for the evening was Christa’s Cakes and thanks to her amazing cupcakes and the 50-50 draw we were able to raise over $600 that will be donated to the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton.

The charity was not to be outdone by the hockey on this night as the Peewee team continues to fill the net. Coupled that with the best all-around defensive effort of the year and some huge saves by the goaltenders and they were able to shut out the Titans 7-0.

The Minor Bantams, inspired by the effort in front of them from the Peewee’s went out and put up another amazing effort. Controlling the puck and the play for most of the game and coming away with their own big 9-0 win over the Royal City Kings.

The CHILL Hockey Fights Cancer nights continue on Saturday, November 17th when the Peewee and Major Bantam teams take the ice against the Tri-City Titans and the Peel Predators. Hope that night night can be just as successful as we continue to raise money for the Juravinski Cancer Centre In Hamilton.

Thanks to to everyone involved for helping to make it a great night!

Join us Saturday night as LaRey Homes presents Hockey Night in Carlisle as both Bantam CHILL teams are in action for the Carlisle Home Opener. At 8pm the Minor Bantam's get things started against the undefeated Peel Predators and that is immediately followed by the Major Bantam's lacing them up against the always tough Tri-City Titans. It is sure to be a great night of hockey as we drop the puck on the first Hockey Night in Carlisle.

If you are coming out please make sure to bring a donation for the Flamborough Food Bank as we will once again be collecting canned goods and other non-perishable food items at every Carlisle Arena home game.

Good luck to the Peewee CHILL who head down the 401 to London to play the Cobras in a battle for first place in the peewee division!
