I have been coaching rep hockey since 2011 and in that time have learnt almost as much as I’ve taught.  I strive to be a better coach every time I show up to the rink and want our Players to strive to be better today than they were yesterday.  The goal with the Chill, is  to develop and master the basic skills to play hockey. Set the Players up with a solid foundation early and then build on it every time we hit the ice, continuing to develop and grow every practice and game.  
 
We hold at our core team values, hard work and fun.  The coaching staff will work hard to prepare and set a program in place that will be tailored to our group and maximize their development.  In turn we will expect that the players will give their full effort every time out both for their own development and for their teammates.
